We live in uncertain times, of that, we can be certain.

After seeing, hearing and feeling the struggles and challenges that have arisen in recent times, I am offering - as a support option for individuals who may be in need - consultation, guidance and integration sessions via Zoom. There will be 2 time slots of between 30 and 60 minutes available most weeks for this service. Please note, this is not therapy or teaching, but may fall into the category of support or mentoring.

This is offered as a service, please appreciate that while I will always do my best to try to be available, my time is limited and valuable. Donations are gratefully accepted for this service and can be made via the donate / tip jar / buymeacoffee link on the home page of the website. 

If you wish to set up a regular or semi-regular session, then this may also be available, depending on the availability of time. For that we would agree how we would work together, for what objective, and what is a reasonable donation amount depending on your personal financial circumstances.
