For those wishing to enquire a little deeper, I am opening a small dieta space ( 8 spots available ) for a 10 day dieta followed by 5 days post - dieta under the guidance of Alonso del Rio at home base in Taray, close to Cusco, Peru. If you are interested, you will need to let me know and have a zoom call with me to find if this is a good fit for you and us. I take this responsibility seriously and adequate mental and physical preparation is essential. If you choose this, then I will support you for the duration of your undertaking and the months that follow to support your integration.
